I drew this cartoon. That’s Aaron Motsoaledi, our Minister of Health. Been using Curves Adjustment Layers in Photoshop. Man. What a difference. Like, the penny dropped a bit for me. Also been using this awesome experimental inking brush preset I found from some other cartoonist on Tha Intanetz. Really like it.
